We offer First Class Package and Priority Mail services. The calculation worked fine up to sometime in Oct-2021. The problem only with USPS. UPS is good. Here’s the screenshot of the rate setting. [Mark133_0-1639175936573.png] Thank you.

Hi @Mark-133 , Yes, as you have mentioned, the issue is with USPS. It would be better to contact Shopify support directly to get a solution for this. Since it is an issue with USPS, Shopify support should have a solution for this.
