UTM parameters tracking issue for multiple orders placed from same link

I’m using UTM parameters to track orders from marketing links. The first order placed through the link is tracked correctly, and I can retrieve UTM parameter details from the conversion summary. However, if a customer tries to place another order without revisiting the link, the order is not tracked, and I cannot find UTM parameters in the order conversion summary. Does anyone have any ideas about this issue, and are there any alternative solutions available?

It does sound like completing the order resets the referral path - so I’m not sure if this is natively supported. Also curious to hear from other folks in the community.

@Liam If I use a “ref” parameter instead of UTM parameters in a marketing link, the same issue arises. I can track the first order by referring to the Conversion details, but in subsequent orders, the “ref” parameter is not available in the Conversion details section.
