Hi,

Any suggestions on the below Product Import Error?

Validation failed: Inventory management is Shopify , so fulfillment service must also be Shopify

Have contacted support but no reply received, annoyingly cannot attach the CSV or XLS file to their chat or email help options.

I have uploaded many files with Inventory Management set to Shopify and Fulfillment Service set to Manual, but this one seems to keep erroring

Also having this issue. The error message is confusing. “Shopify” is not an option, according to their documentation. Have I missed something?

I had the same issue and it took a while but the help center was able to figure out the issue. In the column ‘Variant Fulfillment Service’ I had a space after the word ‘manual’. All I had to do was remove that spacing and the import worked. These csv files are so finnicky! Hope this helps others
