I´m in a position, where i want to give our costumers the possibility to choose a framing option on our posters and litographs. I can´t seem how figure it out…
Costumers should be able to chose a framing style. The price of the frame is supposed to be based on the fixed dimension, that the poster or litograph has - and of cource the framing style itself.
If a costumer chooses to frame the product, they need to choose between 2 types of glass which again will give a variable pricepoint based on the size of the print.
Lastly i need to give a transparent delevery time based on the choosing of options regarding the frame and glass - here the most intricate solution will tage approx. 3 weeks to deliver - furthermore, the deliviery itself will be more expensive.
Almost every customizable app gives you conditional filtering when selecting variants, an ability to add text/image in your case frame and then increase prices based on the selection.

You can consider using the Easify Product Options app to address your needs. Here’s how you can set it up :
Start by creating your Poster and Frame as separate products. The Poster will include Size options, while the Frame will offer both Size and Glass options, each with its respective price.
Use the Easify app to create the Frame as custom options for the Poster product, using the Add-on Product feature. Also, enable the app’s Conditional Logic feature to display different Glass options for the Frame based on the selected Poster size variant.
Add the Frame options into the Poster product.
Take a look at the demo below to gain a better understanding. If you’re interested in trying out my suggested solution, don’t hesitate to reach out to the Easify team via the in-app live chat. They’ll guide you through the setup process step by step.
The problem is, that the size is fixed - meaning the price on the frame, would depend on the dimesions of the print, which is different from time to time
In my example, when customers choose a specific print size (e.g., 12x16), it will display the corresponding frame size (12x16), and those frame sizes (12x16’') are associated with the relevant frame product (12x16) at X price.
Similarly, when customers select another print size (e.g., 18x24), it will show the corresponding frame size (18x24), and those frame sizes (18x24’') are linked with the relevant frame product (18x24) at Y price.
Create a Lithograph (or Poster) product and set up Size options (e.g., 12x16’‘, 18x24’').
Create a Frame product and set up Size options (e.g., 12x16, 18x24) and Glass Type options (Standard, Museum Glass). Then, specify prices for each type of glass with a specific size.
Install the app and create an option set.
Add the 1st Glass Type option for customers who select Lithograph size 12x16’'. Choose a suitable option display type, such as Image Swatches. Link your relevant products to those options. Enable Conditional logic so these options only show when customers select the variant 12x16 of the Lithograph product.
