I’m going through various help articles and not finding anything close to answering my question, so I appreciate your assistance. I understand how to add color options and how to put in the SKU for each one.
What I am not understanding is how to keep those products from also showing up singly. Example: I made three different products in Printify, each one just had a different color background. So to keep it simple let’s just use red, white, then blue for backgrounds. In Shopify, if I list the white towel as the main item and the red and blue as variables, is there a way to NOT have the red background one also show up as a single, stand alone product? The same with the blue?
I’m wondering if putting those in a collection and hiding the collection would work, or if that would cause the skus to also be hidden in my white towel using them as variants? I obviously want those to show up!
My question also pertains to Printify- could I use the hide in store option? Would that affect only the single listings, or prevent the use of the SKUs for the variables too? So basically wondering about hiding Collections or the Printify Hide in store to prevent variables showing up as single products on their own too.
