Store has a food product with 4 flavor options

They go to product page of one flavor, add to cart

Then Upsell pop up to subscribe and save - Get two for 30% off with monthly subscription, cancel anytime
Here’s where the big issue happens for me. If customers take the above upsell, they need to be able to choose the 2 flavors they want shipped to them.
This is where I have run into issues, customers being able to choose the two independent variants, AND signing up for a subscription
Any ideas? I can see how this might work with flat out variants, but with 4 flavors, there are tons of potential combinations, they can’t all be listed as variants. The customer should easily be able to build a little “bundle” that they get subscribed to.
I have found bundle apps that are ok … but they don’t integrate with subscription apps (bundle builder has it built in but the customer gets invoiced and has to manually pay, that’s not gonna work 
)
