Hi guys! Quick question re: product variants. On my product page, I can select a variant colour in the drop down and the image will change accordingly. However when another variant image is clicked, the product colour does not update according to the image. Is there a way to fix this? I am using the Simple theme. Any help would be appreciated!

Yes, you can fix this with a little bit of code customization on your theme! If you’re comfortable with coding, we have a tutorial for Select variants by clicking their image with the steps to customize it yourself.
However, if you would prefer assistance, the Shopify Theme department may be able to help, since you’re using a Shopify-made theme. To look into it, please reach out through the Help Center and login to create a support request via live chat, email or phone callback. The Support Advisor you connect with will be able to confirm you have enough design time remaining, and escalate it to the Theme department if you’re eligible.

I noticed this issue a few months ago with my store, where only new products were being affected (variants not changing when clicking on product images), but the older ones were still fine and working as normal.
