Variant error: showing all variant in filters

Hi everyone, I am having an issue, I don’t know if you are able to help me with this or not..

Problem: I have clothing with a color variant: print A & print B, but every time I use the filter for only print A, it seems that print B always appears too. Is there a way to avoid this?

They are 1 style, with 2 different prints, but every time I filter for one of the prints, both show up.
