I’m using the canopy (2.0) theme from Shopify. The product metafields work fine as a dynamic source on the theme. The issue I’m facing is that variant metafields are not showing up in the theme as a dynamic source opt. I haven’t found a solution yet. E.g. I have a product page with 8 variants, but only the product page metafields show up; the variant metafields are non-existant on the page despite having created variant metafields for each variant.

Hello, we have the same problem.
we need to render variant metafields but when the user changes a variant example red to blue one the browser needs to refresh.
The object of the variant dont give the value of the Variant.Metafield. We have checked this documentation: Liquid objects: variant (shopify.dev)
It will be great if we have some feedback here.

@Gabe do you have a tip or Info how we can acces to the Variant Metafield?
On the product page, I want to show a custom Information of the product based on the variant is selected. variants.metafields and not product.metafield.
We have already tested. But the information can be showed after we refresh the browser after switching variant.
