Variants not displaying properly

Hello Shopify Community,

I’m facing an issue with my online store where the variants for my duffle bag, beach bags, and t-shirts are not displaying correctly on the product pages. I recently uninstalled an app called “Easify Options” that was previously used to manage these variants, and since then, my customers are unable to select size and color options for these products.

I’ve checked the product details, inventory settings, and made sure there are no caching issues, but the variant selectors still do not appear. I believe there might be some leftover code or modifications from the app that need to be resolved.

I’d greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance on how to fix this issue so that my customers can select the variants again.

Hi,

Hope this will help

  • Check if all your variants still exist in Admin.

  • Clean leftover Easify Options code from theme.

  • Make sure your product template includes Shopify’s default variant dropdowns.

  • Try switching to Dawn theme to see if the problem is theme-related.

  • Clear cache

1- Not sure in which code file I will find Easify Options related code - do you mind being more precise to help me look through the right files ?
2- I’ve tried switching to dawn theme and it works, my variants came back ! So it is a theme related problem I guess ? which means what ?
