Variants of price on products rise too high when you go to buy the products

I have added variants of price onto my products, however, when you go to buy the products the prices rise, why?

So, for example my variants may be

A. £35

B. £40

C. £45

But when you go to purchase the product it rises to

A. £90

B. £95

C. £100

and then it adds delivery. I don’t want this to happen. I want the original set of prices to stay that way. What have I done to make this happen?

To fix this issue, you will need to adjust the way you have set up your variants. Here are some steps you can take:

  • Go to Shopify admin area → Edit → Variants
  • Make sure that each variant is priced correctly and that the price you want to charge the customer is entered in the “Price” field for each variant.
  • Check that the “Compare at price” field is blank, as this field is used to display a “sale” price and can cause confusion for customers.
  • Review any apps or third-party services you may be using that affect pricing or checkout. Disable them one at a time to see if they are the cause of the issue.

Hi

All my variants are in the right place with no custom field checked. All my
products run through an app, custom product builder, so how do I turn that
off without all my products disappearing? Nothing changes in the Shopify
section so I presume it is something to do with the app. Should I question
them instead about this issue?
