I’m using an app G:Variants & Product Options In order get more info on my order, it was working pretty well but since 2 days Sometime it shows and sometime i doesn’t.
All the field are required & customer is saying they are selecting each section without any error.
But as you can see in pictures attached. These just 2 are example. Many order have same issue.
Talked to the APP support they said each and everything is working fine from them.
Anybody can help?
