I would like to handle VAT like Amazon does:
I have a German shop and want to show the prices incl. 19% VAT.
Like Amazon.de: Show a note that this price is German VAT incl and local VAT maybe different so the final price.
At checkout calculate the right price.
Can this be implmented in Shopify?

It is possible to do in taxes and duties settings.
in this variant of price setting the net of VAT price stays the same and VAT inclusive price changes based on the Geolocation.
German price : 11,9 EUR , French price 11.9/1, 191.2=12 EUR , Finnish price 11.9/1.191.24= 12.4 EUR , Net of VAt price is always 11.9/1.19= 10 EUR. See taxes and duties settings below:
