@Timbuk_Toys You will need to add this as a custom value to the order itself which you can inject from the add to cart event. If you can give more info, I can help you better.
The profile product picker only filters by a limited set (search, collection, product type), not Vendor, so you’re right that it’s missing. Workaround until it’s added: create an automated collection with the condition “Vendor is X” (Products > Collections > automated collection), then use the picker’s collection filter to pull that vendor’s products into the profile in one go. It’s an extra step but avoids adding items one by one. Please also submit this on the Shopify ideas board so the shipping team sees the request.
