Venture Theme - add links to logo images in logo list on homepage

Hi,

Please can someone assist me.

I would like to add links to the logo images in the logo list at the bottom of my homepage. The links would be to collections.

If someone can provide instructions and code for adding a collection link to one of the logo images then maybe I can do it for the rest of the logo images.
