Venture Theme - How to add Blog/News section to header

So when people first land on the website, I’d like the “Blog” section to be visible in the header. I’m sure there is a very easy solution, but I can’t seem to find a toggle anywhere. I’ve created a blog and have made a post already.. I just don’t know how to get it to actually show in the header. My current header shows “Home”, “All Products”, “About”, and “Contact.” I’d like the Blog menu item to just show up right between About and Contact. I’ve gotta be missing something simple. Not sure why they’ve seemed to bury this somewhere. Thanks in advance!

You need to set up the menu from here. If you can’t implement it, I can help you with it.

You can edit your Main menu from store admin > Online Store > Navigation.
