Trying to make header “sticky” or fixed on my store for phone version only. Tried some previously discussed solutions but it doesn’t work, they just make the header disappear entirely.

Just want the black bar of the header to be sticky, NOT THE ANNOUNCEMENT BAR (which is green).
Any help with the coding would be appreciated!
