I am using Venture theme and would like to know how to display content from my Shipping Page in the Shipping Policy (shows at checkout) in Settings. See screenshot below.
Usually I would just copy and paste but my Shipping Page is going to have collapsible accordions which I can’t set up on the Shipping Policy page.

If you want to edit it and add collapsible accordions, you need to have experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript. You can edit the HTML when clicking the icon:
Then you can edit everything yourself.

Is there a way that I can pull data from my Shipping Policy page in Pages through to my Checkout Shipping Policy page?
My Pages Shipping Policy page will have accordions and I cannot copy and paste the code into the Checkout Shipping Policy page as the accordions won’t work because it’s not a liquid page.

This is impossible. At content, you can only edit the HTML, you can’t choose a replacement page.
But you can create link and make it like Shipping Policy page. Refer https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/checkout-settings/refund-privacy-tos#add-a-covid-19-prevention-policy

Yes, you don’t need to care about COVID-19, please follow the instructions below.
It’s like you replace the default shopify ‘Shipping Policy’ link with your page’s ‘Shipping Policy’ link.

Are you saying that I can replace my Checkout Shipping Policy link with my Pages Shipping Policy link? I can’t find the instructions on how to do this. Can you send a screenshot?

Have you successfully created Pages Shipping Policy?
If created successfully, you just need to go to Navigation and change the link at the menu

Let me try to clarify. I have a Pages Shipping Policy page which is in my footer. I’m going to be adding an accordion to my Pages Shipping Policy page. My Checkout Shipping Policy Page (created in Settings - Policies) cannot display the accordion code. I’ve been told this is because it is not a liquid page.
So what I’ve been trying to find out is whether I can pull the content from my Pages Shipping Policy (which has accordion code) to my Checkout Shipping Policy so that my Checkout Shipping Policy can show accordions.
