Hi Jack, I resized them from Canva - put them at 2048px x 2048px but not sure if this is right size for collection banner? Photographer took images and sent us files

Hi Roy, thanks a million! They’re actually high quality images but maybe I’m reducing quality when I resize through Canva, I’m not sure - and I don’t have this issue with product imagery. See link to page here;

Hey, I have looked into the image. It looks like the resolution of the image that is uploaded is really small. The max size that is available is of width 360 px.

Hi Roy, OK I see that - I wonder why that’s happening when I’m resizing the image on Canva to be the rendered size. I’ll have to look into what I’m doing wrong in this case so. Thanks very much for looking into this for me Roy! Philip.
