So when I made my Google ads abouts it’s been years now. I didn’t have to verify business. Now however they asking me to verify I sent the requested documents 3 diffrent types twice each and they did not accept it I tried writing to the by email they saying g I have to submit the correct document and give a list I sent the correct documents and still nothing. So then they gave me option to become individual somthing so I said okay I have no choice make it individual or sned me how and they still didn’t send me how to be individual. In the mean time while the back and forth was happening my they didn’t let my ads run becouse of their eating into my one month of time I had to spend my 400 pound credit I earned. Half a month in and only now my ads are running and I have only a week or so left to use it all up. I made up my mined once this is done it’s it I’m closing my accounts and not bothering with Google anymore it’s like a maze and costs me hundreds every time and after all of it I don’t get any sales just lodes of visits to my website but no conversation leading to my second question of how do I get conversations (meaning selling on my website) through Google ads all this time and money wasted no sales so considering it a complete waste of time and cutting losses now as its getting us nowhere.

Most likely, your issue was that the payment details you submitted in Google Ads, did not match the details for the uploaded documents for the id verification.
Or the documents were not valid. Because this is a legal issue, I can’t really commenton why Google rejected you.
But for example if you had setup a Google Ads business account, but you tried to verify with personal details, that will not work.
For example my company is FeedArmy Co., Ltd. I will not be able to verify my Google Ads account, using my personal info. I have to submit my company documents from the government.
