I was exatied to launch my page but now when I did it, there are problems when I try to verify my domain in business manager.
I have done the following. Added the domain in business manager, used the meta tag option. the meta tag was copied and added to the themes code. Next step fb wants is that i check the site and html source. I have done this and everything should be alright.
But then there should be the step. 4 - verify - I don’t even have this verify option? I don’t get why.
My business official name is different "homepage and brand name? So my brands name is my domain. Can this be a problem?
Or when I checked in shopify - domains - manage domain. I see here the emails that it was forwarding email to was my personal gmail I started shopify with. I tried to change it to my business gmail account. Now it’s not even possible to add new forwarding emails. and i deleted the forwarding email to my personal gmail. Now it just says it’s forwarding to me@gmail.com - no idea who that is and I can’t change it for some reason.
Sorry, I’m really tired - worked for 18 hours today for my launch and then this happends. Can you please help me asap? I can’t find your 24/7 chat??
