I need help to see why am I not online and able to sell? I did everything, I thought right. I need someone to go through my page and help me figure this thing out.

Hello @jrice423 , I have visited your store and take a quick look. You’re right, you setup almost everything. There are some recommendations that I could suggest you.

  1. Try to change theme color to more brighter colors. If you’re selling to women’s then try something like pink and baby pink or peach color that women likes more. You cam add a dark mode to your website if you need.

  2. Paid promotion of your content. You can do the followings

  • Social Media Campaign
  • Google Ads Camping
  • Social Media Influencers (for best and instant results)
  1. Check compatetor pricings.

There’s a lot more we can do to improve your store selling. For deep look, Consulting with and expert is recommended.

Hi Osamafarooqi71, So I am online for sale! I can make those changes once I speak with my partner. I know puttin it on social media and google ads would definitely help. The pricing I am not so sure about since mypartner wants to leave the pricing as is. I will discuss more with him though. Thank you so much for checking my store out for me. Sincerely, Janice

Yes @jrice423 , your store is online and is ready for making sales. I found some text was little hard to read due to color settings. Other than that, we can add products to cart. Cart page is accessible and we can proceed to checkout. Your payment gateways are also seems to work fine as I guess you integrated the Shopify payment gateway bundle. But I’m unable to place order. Just for best practice it’s recommended to place a test order in real values. Just to make sure that everything is working fine.
