I am using a Shopify-managed domain (mycustomstore.com) and followed the instructions twice on verifying Shopify domain by using DNS TXT method. I waited more than 3 weeks and still my domain is marked as “not verified” in FB. I followed all steps. Twice.
How can I verify my domain, please? I urgently need help. I have tried another method too - adding metatag, also not working for me. Now I have 2 DNS TXT records and no verified domain. Thanks.
