We had our website moved from WooCommerce not long ago to Shopify. We were using Hoopla Hosting to for our domain. The people that built the website brought everything over as usual and was using Shopify domains to run our domain names. We cancelled hoopla hosting today thinking that it was all moved over to shopify and now our it says out site can not be reached.
When going to into Shopify domains, it says that the The connection of ‘ourwebsite’ is not yet verified. Come back later to retry verification. Can you shed some light onto this please as we need to get it back up and running.
