I would like to create or add a Vertical Ticker marquee where the announcement bar is on the website.
I have tried multiple different versions of this but they are only horizontal, and do not seem to work with links either unfortunately, which can be found here:

Would anyone know how to create this and implement it into the announcement bar, with links on different text and “pause” state on hover?
I would like to do this with HTML or CSS instead of an app.

I should have clarified that I would like to do this through code rather than through an app, as apps typically slow down a site a lot more and can stop functioning properly sometimes. If you know how to do this through code (HTML/CSS) then please let me know.

Hello, any time I have tried to add a “Liquid snippet”, I am unable to add it to the Announcement Bar section on the “customise” area of the store. This may be due to the theme. I am also unable to add you as staff unfortunately, however if you see these two links that I have provided in the original post, you can see that it is possible to add a scrolling announcement bar through CSS/HTML rather than adding a new snippet.

The only issue is these do not have clickable links and I would like it vertical rather than horizontal, like here https://codepen.io/panwron/pen/EmyoRp

Hi @Toptoys2uHS , I can help customizing your announcement Bar to make this feature. we will need to change the liquid structure and add the necessary css and javascript.
