Revslider touch swipe isn’t enable.
Please check slider options.

Hi, @genconian :

The popup that is displayed on desktop, is hidden on mobile view, but the non-scroll property is still active, if you close the popup and then change to mobile view you will notice that the scroll is working again. If it’s generated by an App or made by custom code, contact to the developers about this issue.
