When I enter my website (through a smart phone) before the video is played it says no image.
Not sure why it happens and how can I fix it.

This is Richard from PageFly - Shopify Page Builder App
It is showing no image because of the poster which is the image cover for that video doesn’t exists
You need to check the video settings, make sure you have selected the correct cover image for video. Here’s how you change it
Currently, i checked and found it is no image as the cover
