On the “about us” section of my shop i have a video background that is meant to loop. On desktop it is fine however on mobile the video background doesn’t play. Please can someone help me fix this? I have been trying to fix it for a week now.

It’s playing on my end ( video attached ).
For your information, the video may not be able to play automatically on iOS devices when the Low Power Mode is enabled.
Kindly double-check and turn it off (https://prnt.sc/nLoyW7vG_P0q) and let us know how it goes on your end.

It is nothing to do with battery more being on or off. Mine is off and background mobile video is still not playing on mobile devices.
