Unfortunately I have problems installing a video banner with button and text. I would also like to set it so that the video goes over the header.
The setting should definitely work for mobile and desktop.
I would be very happy about any help.

You can’t add a video to the image banner section. Instead add a new video section and replace it with the image section.
Now take the image that you wanted originally in the image section and add text directly into the image and use this image in the cover section of the video.
Shopify should automatically resize the image for both desktop and mobile.
Please remember to make the image in proper proportions.
