Hello Shopify Community, hoping for some assistance here ! 
I am trying to update my store to include a video banner. When I publish, the size is perfect on Mobile, but extremely large on desktop. Any way to change this? It is a 9:16 ratio and using Dawn Theme.

Of course, portrait video would either grow taller than screen on desktop or will have limited width.
