Video in Narrative Theme is not working on my handy only the desktop- what should i do?

Hi

i can’t activate my site because the video does not work on the handy. Could someone please help? And please not make it complicated so that I can’t understand

how to do it. I do not have so much computer knowledge and have used all of the energy I have to put this online shop together. Also, I want to put it in German and English. Currently it is in German because I live in Germany.

Hello Diana @mydesignerbouti ,

current versions of both iOS and Android restrict the autoplay feature on videos anymore. How are you including the video?

Hi Mario,

thanks for answering. My daughter did it for me. She just put the link through utube I believe. It works well on the desktop

but not at all on the handy. What should I do because I cant activate my shop until this is fixed?
