Hello, I recently uploaded a video through the settings → files in Shopify as I didn’t want to deal with YouTube or another hosting service. However, for some reason, when I attempt to play the video file (either through the files tab itself, the direct link, or by embedding it in the storefront) it only plays the audio. There’s no visual component at all. Has anyone had experience in solving this issue? The videos are about 2:00 and are under the 20mb file size limit.
