I have uploaded a video file in .mp4 format and it does’t show in my video hero section. it shows just a blank section.
any idea how to fix it ?

I can see it in the theme editor but its not visible on the website

It seems like you have the wrong video link as shown in the image.
The URL of the video you provided is different from the video currently on your storefront.
Please update the correct link to display the video.
When I change the right url link video in inspector view, your store video worked:

it does change the video but its the placeholder now. changing the video in the theme editor won’t change the video..
