Video Slides Fade to Black and Don't Auto Advance

Each slide in my homepage video slideshow fades to and then stays black without advancing to the next slide. How do I make the slides auto advance, or at least settle on the image instead of black?

Few steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Check the theme demo to confirm the issue ( if theme demo is working fine revert the customization you did and it works fine )
  2. Check the browse console for the error ( check each manually or ask the developer to fix them )
  3. Use a fresh copy of the same theme.
