Video thumbnails / preview not working on Mobile using Liquid script

Hi, my video previews are not showing on mobile - it’s just a blank box with a “play button” visible. Here’s an example … anyone have thoughts?

I’ve uploaded the video on Shopify using the files area, then added a cover photo … but nothing is showing on mobile - desktop if fine however.

I checked and found no video. Can you explain more about it?
