I’m using the theme Higlight and building up the homepage (first page). There is the section Diashow: vertical. I have inserted text, pictures and a video that is stored on the shopify media server. The file is a mp4 file and 1MB big. Sometimes the video is showing, but most of the time not. I tried it with other videos, it is always the same issue.
Can somebody help me please?

I have checked. it’s an theme issue. you have to hire a developer to fix out and customize your theme,

@Zworthkey thank you for the fast information. I think rather shotify have to fix the bug in their theme, because this is a standard function, not a customized function.

From where you have purchased it?
It’s not a Shopify issue.
The theme developer solved the issue in a new version of the theme “hightlight” Cheers!
