Hi, I have a problem, can you guys please help me?
I added videos on my product page (not youtube videos) those videos are working well on laptops but when it came to mobile, they don’t show thumbnails (just blank with playing button). How can I fix it? Is there another way to make it possible? Thanks for reading!
