I am using a Shella theme and added collection pages, when i click on collection page I see 8 products and when clicking on view all products i am still on same collection page.

You can try to check on the theme.liquid. if the content_for_layout was inside capture then it can’t apply new product when you click view all button
solution. is to remove the capture
