Hi all,
I plan on putting my store into maintenance mode using the password page briefly.
I would like to edit the password page look (I know how to do all this), but is there a way I can see the password page before I tick the box to make the changes, so I can make sure it all looks right before I turn it on?

If you’re looking to make some changes to your theme that you’d like to check out safely before going live, you should be able to accomplish this by duplicating your theme.
You can make a copy of your existing theme where you would be able to make the changes to the password page you mentioned without those changes being applied live to your store.
Once you have made the edits you desire on your copied theme, you can then choose to publish this copy as the live theme on your store.
This will allow you to make edits to the password page but ensure you’re happy with them before they go live.

As you would be working with a copy of your theme that you have duplicated here, you can view and edit this theme as much as you please before you choose to publish this copy as your store’s live theme.
This will allow you to make any changes you wish to make and observe them, either in the store preview or by checking the code of your edited theme copy, before going live by selecting to publish this theme copy.
You’ll find your theme copy in the same Online store > Themes menu in your admin, beneath the live, published theme that will always be shown on the top of this page.
