MY business facebook page has a ‘‘View Shop’’ button does it does not work anymore. When you click on it, it does not react at all and stays in the same page. The same button on my Instagram works fine. I am not sure if i something is messed up in the shopify integrations or in the meta manager. I don’t understand much of the meta manager to be honest. Any ideas here?

not really. i have been back and forth with meta support a million times, and they could not figure out the solution. for them it works fine actually, so is not all fb users that cannot get results from the button. so maybe is just your profile too that is having the problems, but someone else can click on it? in the end i gave up, is very hard to get anything done with meta support.
I removed the button because it was not working for me or another person within the facebook app. It did, however, work fine in a desktop version of Chrome. Weird. I also noticed that my Shop/Product listing is not “pinned” to the top of my Facebook business page for some users, and it is not showing up at all when a user is not signed in to Facebook. Very odd.
