We’re using Dawn theme 12.0.0 and are experiencing a critical issue that’s hindering our customers’ ability to see product information page after clicking on a product from within any of our collections.
Problem: When a visitor goes to ladysfirst.store and clicks on a specific product category, they land on the page that lists all of the products for that collection. But once they click on a product from this page, (e.g., clicking on a specific sports bra), they are being redirected back to the home page instead of seeing the product information page. Steps to Reproduce: Go to website: https://ladysfirst.store/ Click on the Sports bra collection (e.g., https://ladysfirst.store/collections/sports-bras). Click on any product on the first black sports bra on this page (e.g., https://ladysfirst.store/products/longline-sports-bra).
Notice the URL. Instead of landing on the product information page, users are redirected to our home page.
Expected Behavior: Visitor should be directed to the respective product information page
Troubleshooting Details: Are we missing the product info page? The product URLs seem to be the root cause as the correct product URL is displayed, yet redirection occurs to the home page.
