I have a question about how to void a shipping label AFTER an order has been canceled. I had a customer contact me asking to cancel his order after the item was boxed and I already processed a shipping label. I refunded and canceled his order but when I try to void my shipping label, there is no option that I can find. I have voided labels in the past and know how to void a label but I have never tried to void a label after canceling an order. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I guess it’s not possible?
