We have a major issue with our store. We have volume booster installed to allow quantity discounts on products. It works great until a customer either selects a faster shipping method or is an international customer. When either is done, it either brings the price of all items down to $1.00 each or $0.00 each. Last night an order came is for $321.25, once the customer selected shipping, the total of the order went down to $17.34. How do we fix this?
Would really need to see this in action to be able to offer any help, but would strongly suggest you reach out to the app developer. If prices are being dropped like that it would not be default Shopfiy behaviour so some unexpected discounting (or similar) is kicking in.
Do is still happen when that app is not in place?
Jason, thank you for reaching out. I have contacted both Shopify and the
developer, no help from either of them. I have taken off
international shipping as an option for now to see if that limits the
error. I now have to just wait and isolate the issue.
