Hi Shopify Team,
I want to ask related order details on the Shopify. When user applied voucher in the order and the order got cancelled, the voucher data will be missing
Example :
User A bought product with IDR 4.000.000, and applied NYOBAVOUCHER with IDR 500.000 amount deduction , free shipping fee
When the order placed then the data will have complete data (which is expected) :
Subtotal Rp 4,000,000
Discount (NYOBAVOUCHER) Rp 500,000
Shipping Rp 0
Total Rp 3,500,000
But when the order got cancelled, the discount & voucher data are missing (which is the issue here):
Original order value Rp 3,500,000
Subtotal Rp 0
Shipping Rp 0
Total Rp 0
Effect : We can’t trace back which voucher code that has been used and cancelled
For data purpose, this missing discount voucher data in cancelled orders has give us difficulty to collect the accurate and complete data.
