Can anyone give me some advice on escalating a support ticket . I have been chatting and emailing for support for 5 days trying to get 2FA turned OFF in my store. I have cases and promises of it being escalated to the Account Integrity Team. They promise I will hear from them to turn it off. But NOTHING. I have been locked out of my store for 5 days. Not a single follow up from support.
Who do you contact at Shopify if chat and email get no help ??
