Want Product ID to show on Shopify instead of Supplier SKU - Retail Express

Hi there!

We have Retail Express integrated with Shopify. Currently on the front end of our website when viewing a product, the Supplier SKU is showing. We would like the Retail Express Product ID to be showing instead, but unsure how to do this.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks for being part of the community! How did you integrate the Retail Express with Shopify? What product field does it populate? Or it’s a custom field? Hi Grace, The short answer is you can not integrate that way with any of the available connectors. The supplier SKU is always used. If you are using our connector we can add a metafield for the Product ID and you can use that to display on your product pages etc.

If you are using the Retail Express Shopify connector you can use our Supercharger product to add new fields to Shopify from anything in Retail Express.
