Moreover, I believe adding two buttons is acceptable; Would you mind sharing the website link with me to check further?

Lastly, regarding the addition of the form, it should be prepared in advance.

Hey, liz, My store was closed after I changed the credit card information because the credit card expired. I contacted Shopify support and they escalated my issue, but there has been no response. Because my credit card expired, I was worried that I would not be able to pay the bill after the bill was generated, so I updated my credit card.
