Want to hide camera icon on checkout page

I am using hulk app for variant option for custom product option and it was displaying a cameras icon on checkout page .I want to remove it from there .
Please help me to resolve it. see the attached screenshot of bug

Because there is no, product images for this.

So that’s why it;'s display the camera icon.

In my Suggestion add the product image for that particular product.

but this product is a custom product which is created from hulk app variant options.I can’t do this
