Want to use Ideal on my subscriptions app

Good day, I’m from the Netherlands, and the most commonly used payment method here is iDEAL. I’m looking to add a subscription app to offer subscriptions to my customers, but unfortunately, these apps don’t support iDEAL. After reaching out to the app developers, they mentioned that this limitation comes from Shopify.

While researching, I found a topic on your support page where fellow Dutch users mentioned that iDEAL is now available for the Shopify Subscription app. Could you please make this option available for third-party apps as well?

Does anyone know if you can switch from Shopify Payments to Stripe and then use iDEAL for different subscription services?
