I am using the Debut theme but it doesn’t have an option to add the link for my TikTok account. Is it possible to code this in so customers can click on the TikTok icon in the footer menu?

Hopefully, you are doing great.
Yes, you can add any new social media icon e.g. Tiktok.
Firstly you need to find out where other icons are located in your code then get the new icon from the web and duplicate any existing icon and modify it by replacing the TikTok icon, label, URL, etc.
As long as you follow the exact format used in your theme for existing icons while placing your new one you should be good to go.
